About Us
The Fairy Tale Trail was developed by Evergreen Creations LLC through close collaboration with family farmers and early childhood educators.
At Evergreen Creations, we believe that family farmers play an increasingly vital role in our society and we are committed to supporting farmers and promoting agriculture education. We opened our doors in 2012 as the directors of The Spookley Farm Program , through which we distribute educational content based on the beloved children's character, Spookley the Square Pumpkin. We recognize the power of using engaging characters and stories to educate, entertain, and inspire children at the farm, and to strengthen ties between schools and local agriculture.
We launched The Fairy Tale Trail in fall 2013, and we were honored to be featured in an ABC News "Never Stop Learning" Segment filmed at the Ciderella Fairy Tale Trail within weeks of our launch. Our tales have since been recognized by many farm- and school-based educators as fun and engaging learning tools to promote agriculture education.
We hope that The Fairy Tale Trail stories, whether shared at the farm, in the classroom, or at home, will help young children develop an appreciation for agriculture that stays with them forever.
